Trying to get back on board with the Hcg Challenge!

Here is a picture that was just recently taken. I am down 15 pounds.  I am just starting week 2 of the second round. I have lost only 5 pounds since I started back on the hcg. I have not been as diligent as I was on round one with my eating but I have managed to lose all the weight I gained when I was off the protocol. I still have 20 lbs to go so I will now get serious! New measurements will be published next week. Hopefully I will see my loss in inches. I'll be back!

Back from vacation!!

Hello fellow HcG Challengers!

First of all I want to say that I am sorry I was out of touch for so long. Being on vacation really and finishing my first round at the same time was a ticket for disaster!  I really took off from everything... even my diet! Great summer but now I am paying the price!

I am happy to report that the gain for the summer was "only" 5 lbs.  I guess that I am still playing the same mind games. I know to some that might seem like a lot but I know what kind of food I was eating and I will tell you that I expected to see the scale much higher.

I have been back home for just over a week and started my second round of protocol  on Monday of this week and I am happy to report that I am now back to 168.5 (lost 4 lbs). That even includes the weight from the 2 load days (start load days got up to 172 lbs). So although I was not happy with the gaining part, I do think that with any other diet program, if I had the same type of summer, I probably would have gained back most of the weight. I am not proud of the eating I did over the last month, but I did managed to keep active and at least stay somewhat conscious of the choices I made.

Not great choices for sure, but I am back on track and ready to do round 2.  I really believe that the HcG has given me a new set point because I am back to 168.5 and it's only been 4 days.

WOW!!! It is unbelievable think about all my "cheating" and still not be back to square one. So I am back once again for round 2 and I promise to report my progress on a regular basis. Thank you to Drug Delivery for their support and thanks to all my fellow challengers who inspire me continue. Hopefully I will be one of the biggest losers!!
